New Units Available

Tenderloin: 217 Eddy Street, San Francisco, CA 94102 (Franciscan Towers) - 104 affordable units renting for $615-$1,099 per month. Household income must not exceed 30-50% of State Median Income. Applications due 07/06/15; Lottery 07/14/15. Lottery results will be posted to http://www.tndc.org/rentalopps/franciscan-towers/ within 5 business days of the lottery by 5pm on July 21, 2015.  

Moderate Income Units Available

Tenderloin: 308 Turk Street, San Francisco, CA 94102 - 2 moderate income studio units renting for $2,000 per month. Household income must not exceed 112% of Area Median Income. Applications due 07/14/15; Lottery 07/20/15. Lottery results will be posted to www.sfclt.org within 24 hours after the date of the lottery.
