All household members who will be on the loan and title for all Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development administered homeownership programs must attend and complete a first-time homebuyer education class from one of five nonprofit agencies approved by the Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development. To view all upcoming workshops, please visit www.homeownershipsf.org. Please sign up right away, as classes tend to fill up quickly and often require two or more meetings. You may use your first-time homebuyer certificate to apply for any of the Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development first-time homebuyer programs for up to two years from the date of issuance.

Thank you and good luck!
